We don't run a points programme.

We looked at it and decided against it. A points scheme works by holding a little of your money back and giving it to you later if you come back — and we'd rather put that into the piece itself.

What we do instead

• Shipping is included on every order, with no minimum and no threshold to chase.
• One price. What a piece costs on the product page is what it costs at checkout.
• We fix our mistakes for free. If a piece is wrong because of us, we remake it at no charge — see our Return & Refund Policy.
• We help before you buy. Ask us about spelling, layout or sizing and you get a real answer, because a personalized piece can't be exchanged afterwards.
