Once you place an order with Vivian Clothing, we work quickly to get your products designed, printed, and shipped. This page explains exactly how our order fulfillment process works and how you can track your package from our production facility to your doorstep.
Order Fulfillment Process
Every Vivian Clothing order goes through a careful multi-step process to ensure quality:
- Order Confirmed: You will receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order, including your order number and a summary of items purchased.
- In Production: Our team begins printing and quality-checking your products. This typically takes 2 – 4 business days, depending on product complexity and order volume.
- Shipped: Once your order passes quality inspection, it is carefully packaged and handed to our shipping carrier. You will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way! Use the tracking link to monitor real-time progress, including estimated delivery dates.
- Delivered: Your order has arrived. We hope you love it!
How to Track Your Package
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Vivian Clothing (check your spam/promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox).
- Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number into your carrier's website.
- View real-time updates including current location, transit checkpoints, and estimated delivery date.
Did not receive a tracking email? If more than 5 business days have passed since your order and you have not received tracking information, please contact us at [](mailto:) with your order number. We will investigate immediately.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons. Orders placed during major holidays (Independence Day, Christmas, etc.) may experience slightly longer processing times.
Common Tracking Questions
My tracking number is not working
Tracking information can take 24 – 48 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation. If the tracking number still shows no information after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
My package shows "delivered" but I have not received it
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery. We recommend waiting 24 hours and checking with neighbors, your building's front desk, or any safe delivery locations. If your package still has not arrived, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
My package appears to be stuck in transit
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or customs processing. If your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can follow up with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
