Shipping Information & Delivery Policy
At Vivian Clothing, we take pride in the fact that every single item is made to order. This means your product is created specifically for you shortly after your order is processed.
1. Production & Delivery Timeline
Because we custom-craft our products, our process is divided into two phases:
- Production Time: Typically 3 – 5 business days to manufacture your custom item.
- Delivery Time: An estimated 7 – 12 business days after production.
Total Estimated Wait Time: Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 10 – 21 business days after payment is processed.
2. Estimated Time of Arrival (By Product Group)
To give you a clearer picture, here is the breakdown of total time (Production + Shipping) for our most popular categories:

3. Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping simple and affordable:
- USA Orders: $5.99 (Flat Rate)
- International Orders: $7.99 (Flat Rate)
4. Order Tracking
Transparency is key. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow this link to check the real-time status of your delivery as it makes its way to your door. For detailed tracking instructions, visit our Track Your Order page.
5. Important Shipping Information
- PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO: We proudly ship to PO boxes and Military addresses. Please note that shipments to APOs can take up to 40 – 45 days. Due to military security protocols, tracking updates may stop once the parcel enters the military postal system.
- Single Destination Only: We currently only offer shipping to a single address per order. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
- International Taxes & VAT: For international orders, we do not collect taxes or VAT at checkout. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days or your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation and, if the package cannot be located, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, then email us within 30 days. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
- Carrier Delays: Occasionally, carriers experience delays due to weather, volume surges, or operational issues. While we cannot control carrier performance, we will do our best to keep you informed and escalate any issues.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Vivian Clothing is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
