Shipping is included

Every price on this site is the full price. Shipping is included on every order, with no minimum and no separate charge added at checkout.

Production time

Every piece is embroidered after you order it, so there is a making stage before there is a shipping stage.

• Production: 3–5 business days. This is stitching, trimming and checking your piece in our workshop.
• Transit: begins after production. The estimated delivery window for your address is shown on each product page and again at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays start production on the next business day. During peak gifting seasons production can run slightly longer; if that happens on your order, we tell you rather than let it go quiet.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking link the moment your piece leaves the workshop. See Track Your Order for what each status means.

International orders

We ship worldwide, shipping included. Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country are set by that country, not by us — we don't collect them and can't estimate them for you.

Addresses

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, tell us before your piece ships and we'll correct it. Once a parcel is in the carrier's hands the address can no longer be changed, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once the carrier returns it.
